To apply for your free Premier League kit, please follow the instructions below and use the voucher code you received from the Premier League.

You will receive a set of Nike Park Short Sleeve shirts, shorts and socks (13 x outfield sets and x 1 goalkeeper set) teachers can choose colours from available options. The playing kit will be embellished with Premier League on the front of shirt, No Room for Racism on the sleeve and will be numbered 1-14 on the back of shirt. The option to include Nike 2.0 hijabs if/as required (subject to availability).
